Information we’ll need.

After we get everything figured out, ship or bring the product to the studio. If you ship the product and want it returned, please provide a return label.

After we receive and shoot the product we’ll email the images to you. If you shipped or dropped off the product you will receive un-retouched images. These images are for you to approve the angle, lighting, and color. After approval, the images will be retouched and the final images will be emailed or sent through a file transfer service.

If you’re present for the shoot, image selections will be made at that time. The images will then be retouched and emailed to you for approval. After approval, the final images will be emailed or sent through a file transfer service.

Payment. We generally ask for a 1/2 deposit before starting the job. The balance is due after the final images have been approved and delivered. At that time we generate an e-invoice that will be emailed to you. There’s a pay button located on the invoice to pay online with a debit or credit card.
